Mr. Bucchi was Director of Banking Affairs and President of the Central Bank of Brazil, Member and Executive Secretary of the Brazilian National Monetary Board, Alternate Governor for Brazil in the Boards of Governors of the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank, Member of the Superior Board of FEBRABAN - The Brazilian Federation of Banks, and senior executive of large corporations and financial institutions. He is a member of IBEF - The Brazilian Institute of Financial Executives, of SBCS - The Brazilian Society of Insurance Sciences, of IMA - Institute of Management Accountants (USA), of CRC - The Brazilian Accounting Accreditation Board, and of CRA - The Brazilian Business Administration Accreditation Board. Currently he is Professor of Finance at the University of São Paulo, and Executive President of Previplan. Mr. Bucchi holds bachelor degrees in business administration and in accounting sciences from Mackenzie University in São Paulo, a master degree (MBA) in finance from the University of California at Riverside, USA, and a Ph.D. degree in finance from the University of São Paulo. With thirty years of professional experience Mr. Bucchi is demanded to provide personalized financial and strategic counseling to several chairmen, chief executive officers, and shareholders of important business companies in Brazil.

Bachelor of Business Administration, Mr. Francisco Vasconcellos did graduate studies in finance at The Catholic University of São Paulo. He has held executive positions in the areas of managerial finance and planning of important national corporations for over twenty-five years. Consultant and Director of Previplan, he is specialized in corporate finance, strategic planning, and complex negotiations.

Carlos has a MBA in Finance from FIA / FEA / University of São Paulo, BA in Business Administration from Universidade Mackenzie, with specialisation courses in finance with emphasis on Company Valuation and Corporate Finance with Prof. Damodaran of New York University, and Financial Market Operator for the FIA ​​/ FEA of the University of São Paulo. He is a member of the Regional Administration Council - CRA / SP, and main director at Previplan participating in company valuation and investment projects.

Mr. Araken worked for over thirty years at The Central Bank of Brazil, holding positions such as head of Sao Paulo office and executive director in charge of personnel and general administration. After leaving the Central Bank, he was also senior vice-president of Banespa Bank supervising the directories of informatics, human resources and general administration. Mr. Araken is a board member of a few financial institutions and an affiliate consultant of Previplan.

Bachelor in Actuarial Sciences from The Catholic University of Sao Paulo, Mr. Dutzmann did post graduate studies in actuarial sciences at the same university. Since 1975 he has been a professor of Mathematical Theory of Insurance, and one of the most demanded professionals in Brazil. He has advised and provided technical support to hundreds of insurance companies, pension funds, and large corporations. He has been also a counselor to the Brazilian regulatory agencies for insurance and prudential matters. Professor Dutzmann is a member of IBA – The Brazilian Institute of Actuarial Sciences, and of IAA - The International Actuarial Association in Brussels. He is founder and principal of ETA – Actuarial Technical Office, and associate consultant of Previplan.

He is an affiliate consultant of Previplan, specialized in concessions budgeting, cash flows projections, new businesses and privatization economic-financial feasibility studies, and technical proposals designing.
