Mr. Bucchi was Director of Banking Affairs and President of the Central Bank of Brazil, Member and Executive Secretary of the Brazilian National Monetary Board, Alternate Governor for Brazil in the Boards of Governors of the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank, Member of the Superior Board of FEBRABAN - The Brazilian Federation of Banks, and senior executive of large corporations and financial institutions. He is a member of IBEF - The Brazilian Institute of Financial Executives, of SBCS - The Brazilian Society of Insurance Sciences, of IMA - Institute of Management Accountants (USA), of CRC - The Brazilian Accounting Accreditation Board, and of CRA - The Brazilian Business Administration Accreditation Board. Currently he is Professor of Finance at the University of São Paulo, and Executive President of Previplan. Mr. Bucchi holds bachelor degrees in business administration and in accounting sciences from Mackenzie University in São Paulo, a master degree (MBA) in finance from the University of California at Riverside, USA, and a Ph.D. degree in finance from the University of São Paulo. With thirty years of professional experience Mr. Bucchi is demanded to provide personalized financial and strategic counseling to several chairmen, chief executive officers, and shareholders of important business companies in Brazil.
